These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sellingenchantmentllc.com (the “Site”) and the text messaging program operated by Selling Enchantment. LLC (“Selling Enchantment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Mexico real estate brokerage whose Qualifying Broker is Jasmine Capener. By using the Site or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
Program description.
When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts through the chat widget on this Site, you consent to receive text messages from Selling Enchantment. LLC. These may include:
- Conversational and service messages: replies to your questions, showing and appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates about your real estate inquiry or transaction.
- Marketing messages (only if you agreed to receive them): new listings, open houses, and local market updates.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Opt out.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving real estate services. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Property Information
Property details, photos, prices, and availability shown on the Site are provided for general information only. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Listings may sell, change price, or be withdrawn without notice. Square footage and lot sizes are approximate.
3. No Professional Advice
Content on the Site is not legal, tax, financial, or lending advice. Please consult a qualified professional about your situation. Using the Site or contacting us does not by itself create an agency or brokerage relationship; any such relationship is created only by a written agreement as required by New Mexico law.
